What is a pre-order?

Some devices are available for purchase prior to their launch. These are referred to as "pre-orders" and will begin shipping on the official release date of the device.


Can I change my Pre-Order to get a different color or model?

Once a Pre-Order is submitted the color and model cannot be changed.


Can I cancel my Pre-Order?

If you placed a pre-order, you can cancel it before it ships by logging into the Boost Mobile app and tapping SettingsDevice SetupCancel Shipment, or by calling Boost Customer Care at (833) 502-6678.
