What communications can I manage?

  • Transactional: Choose how you get the important stuff, like billing notices or service updates. Receive these through SMS or email. Note: some communications require a specific delivery method.
  • Promotional: Opt-in to get information about the latest deals, discounted devices, special offers and product launches.
  • 3rd Party: Opt-in to receive special offers, sweepstakes and promotions from select partners.

How do I update my communications preferences?

When you log in to your account for the first time, you will set your primary line and communication preferences. You'll be able to pick which types of communications you receive and how we send them to you. Easy, right?

To update your preferences:

Boost Mobile app

Tap Settings at the top right. Under Preferences, tap NotificationsLines

On the web

Go to SettingsNotificationsLines.


I have multiple lines on my account. Can I manage communication preferences for all lines in one place?

You bet. You can set your primary line and view and update communication preferences for all lines associated with your account on the web or in the Boost Mobile app.
