Orders, Shipments & Delivery Methods

When will my order ship?

Some orders can ship as quickly as same day if ordered before 2:00 p.m. ET. However, in some cases, an order may take up to 72 hours to process. (this excludes holidays and weekends). Once your order processes you will receive an email with additional shipment information.


Delivery Methods

Boost Mobile offers two convenient ways to receive your order.

Store-to-Door Setup & Activation

Experience our complimentary Store-to-Door Setup & Activation service when you purchase select premium devices on a NEW Boost Mobile account. With Store-to-Door, a trained Boost Mobile Expert will visit your home to handle activation, number transfer, app setup, and move everything over from your old phone—at no additional cost. At checkout, you'll select a personalized 2-hour window that works for you and we'll take care of the rest!

Store-to-Door Availability:

Store-to-Door is currently available for new Boost Mobile accounts when placing their initial device order. Store-to-Door is required for select premium devices when purchased WITH device financing. Store-to-Door can be selected as an optional delivery method for these same premium devices when purchased WITHOUT device financing. Store-to-Door is currently unavailable for orders placed on existing accounts.


Home Delivery via UPS or Fedex

For all orders NOT being delivered via Store-to-Door Setup & Activation, we will ship your products directly to your home via UPS or Fedex, without any additional cost.

Devices

Device orders placed for Buy Now, Pay Later accounts will ship via 2nd Day Air and usually arrive within 2-3 business days of when the order was shipped.

Device orders placed for No Contract accounts will ship via UPS Ground and usually arrive within 3-5 business days after the order was shipped.

SIMs

If you are using your own phone and ordered a SIM kit only, it will ship via UPS Ground and will usually arrive within 3-5 business days of when your order was shipped.


If you haven't received your shipment and believe this is in error, please contact Boost Customer Care.

Device shipments for Pay Later accounts require a signature upon delivery

UPS or Fedex will attempt to deliver to your shipping address. If no one is available to sign for the shipment, the driver will leave a note on the door and attempt to deliver two more times.



Canceling a Pre-Order or Backorder:

If you placed a Pre-Order or Backorder, you can cancel it before it ships by logging into the Boost Mobile app and tapping SettingsDevice SetupCancel Shipment, or by calling Boost Customer Care at (833) 502-6678.
