What should I do if my phone is lost or stolen?
Contact Boost Customer Care immediately if you realize your phone is lost or stolen. We can take measures to protect your active account balance.
If you report your phone as lost or stolen, you'll have 60 days to get a replacement. If you don't replace it within that time, your account will be canceled, and any remaining balance will be forfeited.
