- Request a refund with customer care within 30 days of account creation

Can I return a phone that I purchased?
Of course. Keep your box and make sure you phone is in like-new condition to be eligible for return.
Phones purchased online or over the phone can be returned for a full refund if return is initiated within 30 days of ship date. To initiate a return request, contact Boost Customer Care.
Phones purchased in a retail store can be returned in-store within 30 days of purchase.

What if I purchased my phone through Apple or Amazon?
Customers who purchase at Amazon, an Apple Retail store, or on Apple.com are still eligible for Boost Mobile’s 30-Day Money back guarantee. Separately, device purchases are subject to the return policies set by these retailers.
How does this work if I financed a phone?
If you initiate a return on a financed phone, you’re still eligible to get a refund for the monthly premium that you paid. Ensure that you initiate the device return within 30 days from the UPS ship date to avoid needing to pay the remaining balance of the financed phone on your next billing cycle.
