Phone: Open the Phone app → Recents. Tap the Info button next to the number you want to block → Block Caller
Messages: Open the conversation with the number you want to block. Tap the Phone Number or Contact → Info button → Block Caller.
Settings: Go to Settings → Apps → Phone → Blocked Contacts. Tap Add New and enter the Phone Number or Contact you want to block.
