How to Change Your Plan

You can change your plan by selecting your device under My LinesChange Plan in your account online or by tapping View DetailsChange Plan in the Boost Mobile app.

Can I change plans if I have an Infinite Access plan today?

You bet. The change will take effect immediately and your next bill will reflect the new plan and the associated charges. However, you will NOT be able to switch back to an Infinite Access plan since the plan is no longer available for purchase.

Important note on device credits: Infinite Access plans come with device credits. Changing your plan will remove the device credits you're currently receiving. If you have questions about what a plan change means for you, please contact Boost Customer Care.


Can I change plans if I received a discount on my phone purchase?

Possibly. Some phone offers may require you to stay on specific plans. To learn more about whether or not you can change your plan login to your account in the Boost Mobile app, visit a Boost Mobile store, or contact Boost Customer Care.
