How to Change Your Plan
You can change your plan by selecting Additional Actions in your account online or by tapping View Details → Change Plan in the Boost Mobile app.

Note: Customers upgrading to the Infinite Access plan will also need to choose an eligible device. When selecting your device remember to select Special Deal for Infinite Access under Ways to Pay.
Can I upgrade to an Infinite Access plan?
Of course! Upgrade to an Infinite Access plan and it will take effect right away. Your next bill will reflect charges for both plans during the current billing cycle, along with your new monthly cost for the upcoming cycle.
Note: Autopay and soft credit check required.
Can I change plans if I have an Infinite Access plan today?
You bet. Downgrades kick in with your next billing cycle, so you can enjoy your current plan until then. Your next bill will reflect the new plan and the associated charges.
Important note on device credits: Infinite Access plans come with device credits. Changing your plan will remove the device credits you're currently receiving. If you have questions about what a plan change means for you, please contact Boost Customer Care.
Can I change plans if I received a discount on my phone purchase?
Possibly. Some phone offers may require you to stay on specific plans. To learn more about whether or not you can change your plan login to your acct in the Boost Mobile app, visit a Boost Mobile store, or contact Boost Customer Care.
