Even if someone gets their hands on your password, your personal info stays locked behind layers that only YOU can unlock.


Log in with Multi-Factor Authentication

When you log into the app or your online account, we’ll send a one-time passcode straight to your phone via text. Multiple lines on your account? No sweat—you pick which number gets the code. Once you confirm it’s really you, you’ll finish logging in with your password.

If it’s your first time logging into your account and your line isn’t activated yet, we’ll send the code to your email instead. So yeah, please make sure you’ve got access to the email linked to your account—it matters. After activation, you’ll get those one-time codes via text.
