As long as you have an iPhone XS/XR or later and iOS 18.2, you’re good to go!

How do I update my iPhone to enable RCS?

Easy. Just follow these steps:

Download and install the latest iOS version: Settings → General → Software Update.
Open Settings → General → About. A Carrier Settings Update popup will appear. Update the carrier settings to Boost 61.1 or later.
Restart your iPhone.

How do I turn on/off RCS Messaging?

Open Settings → Apps → Messages.
Under Text Messaging, click RCS Messaging. Toggle on/off RCS Messaging.
