Troubleshoot Your Calls

Having Trouble Making or Receiving Calls?

Make sure you’ve done the general troubleshooting steps before continuing with any of the steps below.

  1. Check to make sure the number you’re trying to dial to or receive a call from isn’t blocked.

  2. Turn off mobile data for 1 minute and then turn it back on.

  3. Go to settings and search "reset network settings".

    1. Resetting network settings can help your device connect to the internet or Bluetooth again, and it won't delete any of your apps, photos, or other data.

For iPhone Users - After searching, click "reset" and then "reset network settings" in the list of options that appear.
