I'm an existing customer. What happens to my Infinite Access plan after June 30, 2026?

Absolutely nothing. Your plan is grandfathered in. You keep your unlimited wireless, your monthly payment, and your ability to score the newest phone every single year.

What device models are available for existing customers doing their annual upgrade?

Each year, you’ll have access to the latest iPhone or Galaxy S or Z Series model. You also have the flexibility to upgrade to larger storage capacity and the ability to get other available models for an additional monthly charge.

How do I get the latest iPhone or Galaxy every year?

Here’s the deal: make 12 straight monthly payments, and you can swap your current phone for the latest model. When you’re ready, hit up the Boost Mobile app to request your new device. We’ll ship it right to your door, complete with a box and shipping label for your trade-in. We’ll check your old phone for any damage once we get it.

No pressure to upgrade after 12 months. If you’re still loving your phone, keep it. It’ll be all yours after 36 monthly payments.
