Purchasing an Upgrade

You can upgrade your phone by selecting Get an Upgrade on your account online or by tapping View Details → Shop Phones in the Boost Mobile app.

Activating your new phone upgrade

iPhone

1. Turn on your new iPhone and follow the onscreen instructions. This step will include transferring your apps, photos and data. Please select SKIP for any prompts about transferring cellular settings or setting up eSIM. This will be handled in the Boost Mobile app.
2. Download and sign in to the Boost Mobile app.
3. Once in the app, tap Settings → tap Phone Setup → tap Manage under the appropriate line → tap Change Phone.

Android

1. Turn on your new Android and follow the onscreen instructions. This step will include transferring your apps, photos and data.
2. Download and sign in to the Boost Mobile app.
3. Once in the app, tap Settings → tap Phone Setup → tap Manage under the appropriate line → tap Change Phone.

If your old device had a physical SIM card, remove it and insert it into your new phone. If you no longer have the original SIM card, contact Boost Customer Care or visit a Boost Mobile store for assistance.
