What is Boost Mobile Store-to-Door Setup & Activation?

It’s a professional, hassle-free delivery, activation, and setup service available when you purchase select premium devices on a new Boost Mobile account.


How do I schedule a service?

During checkout, simply select your preferred appointment date and time. Based on availability, you may be able to schedule as soon as the next day—or even same-day.


When will my Expert arrive?

At checkout, you'll select a personalized 2-hour window for your Setup & Activation.

Next, you’ll receive two notifications from Boost Mobile:

  • The day before your appointment
  • One hour before your Expert's estimated arrival time

Is this service available in my area?

Store-to-Door is currently available in select markets. Enter your ZIP code during checkout to check availability in your area.


What are your service hours?

Store-to-door appointments are available seven days a week, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, excluding national holidays.


Can I make changes to my appointment?

Yes. Once your order is placed, contact Boost Customer Care to modify or cancel your appointment.


What if I do not want the Store-to-Door service?

If you do not want the Store-to-Door service, you can choose to pay in full and receive standard shipping options.

I'm gifting a new device to someone and I want to give my gift early. How do I make sure they get their new device activated?

Giving your gift early lets your recipient enjoy their new setup device before the rush of the holidays. If you want to give your gift early before you celebrate, please schedule your Store-to-Door appointment as soon as you and your gift recipient are both available when you place your order.

Please reach out to your gift recipient to agree on a Delivery & Activation date and time that works for both of you, as both the gift giver and the gift recipient must be present for the Store-to-Door appointment. This activation appointment must be scheduled during the checkout process. The new device will be activated and ready to use on the spot, ensuring your recipient has a fully setup device ready to capture all their special moments throughout the season.


I'm gifting a new device to someone and I want it to be a surprise for them. How do I make sure they get their new device activated?

If you want to surprise your gift recipient and wait to gift the device until you celebrate together, please schedule your Store-to-Door appointment after the date you plan to celebrate together.

Please make sure you schedule your appointment for a date and time that works for both of you, as both the gift giver and the gift recipient must be present for the Store-to-Door appointment. This activation appointment must be scheduled during the checkout process. The new device will be activated and ready to use on the spot, ensuring your recipient has a fully setup device to close out the holiday season.

Please be aware that orders placed between December 21st and December 25th will only be available to schedule delivery and activation starting on December 26th. Appointments can be rescheduled based upon availability.
