Try these steps first:
- Power your phone and smartwatch off and back on.
- Make sure:
- Bluetooth is enabled on your phone and smartwatch
- You have a strong cellular or Wi-Fi signal
- You updated your phone and smartwatch to the latest software
- Your phone and smartwatch have enough storage
- Your watch is unpaired from a previous phone (if you brought your own watch)
- Verify your Boost account login information is correct and associated with the primary account holder login credentials
