How to Read Your Bill
We've broken down all of the essential elements on your Boost Infinite bill.
Bill Overview
Your bill has three sections: My Bill This Month, Payment, and Current Monthly Summary.
1. My Bill This Month
The top section of your bill will show:
- Due Date
- Next AutoPay Date
- Billing Period
2. Payment
The next section will display your current payment method on file. This payment method will be automatically charged via AutoPay on your bill's due date.
- If you'd like to update or change your payment type, sign in to the Boost Infinite app → tap View Bill → tap Payment → tap Credit/Debit Card → Add Payment Information → tap Save.
3. Current Monthly Summary
This is an itemized summary, organized by line (each line will show its corresponding phone number). This itemized summary details each specific charge on your monthly bill. When you're in the app, you can click the arrow to expand each line item and see more details.
Bill Breakdown
Plans
The name of your current plan and its monthly cost are displayed directly under each service line.
Device Financing
Your monthly device financing charge is displayed underneath the plan name of your service lines. If you're on a plan that qualifies for phone credits, you'll see these listed as "Phone Discount".
Taxes & Surcharges
Taxes, surcharges and fees are applied to your service based on rates required by federal, state and local laws. To learn more about these taxes and surcharges, click here.
Add-Ons
Boost Protect and other Add-Ons will be displayed under each service line.
Enabling Add-Ons
When you activate an Add-On in the middle of your Billing Period, your next bill will show two charges for that Add-On:
- The first charge is for the billing period in which the Add-On was added.
- The second charge is for the next billing period.
Rest assured, you are NOT be billed for the same Add-On twice within the same billing period. These charges are for two separate billing periods. After this initial bill, you will only see one charge for this Add-On.
Credits, Adjustments & Refunds
Returns & Refunds
Phone Returns: Once we have received your phone and verified it meets our return requirements, a refund will be processed within 3-10 business days of us receiving the phone. If we're unable to apply the refund to your original payment method, a paper check will be issued and can take 3-4 weeks to arrive at the address we have on file.
Plan Refunds: Plans cancelled within 30 days of activation are eligible for a full refund. Refunds are typically processed within 2-3 days of your request.
