My trade-in is damaged, should I send it in?
Your trade-in needs to be in good working condition. If you have Boost Protect or Boost Protect with AppleCare Services on your phone, and your phone is damaged, we recommend filing a claim to avoid any fees. Note: once received, all trade-ins are final.
What if my trade-in has a Find My iPhone (FMiP) lock?
No problem! You can turn off your FMiP lock remotely.
How is my trade-in evaluated if I process my Infinite Access for iPhone upgrade through Apple?
