Promotional Offer - Quarterly Charity Contribution

The Offer: LIMITED TIME OFFER. OFFER ENDS ON 12/31/2026. Customers with eligible service plans, who register for the program, will receive a promotional value equivalent to five percent (5%) of their base monthly wireless plan fee for each qualifying line of service ("Eligible Line") per month. This promotional value will be issued quarterly in the form of a digital gift card valid for use at the Charity On Top Foundation online marketplace ("Marketplace") for customers that remain eligible and accrue at least $5 at the end of each calendar quarter. Customers that maintain their service during the promotional term will continue to receive a charity gift card with their eligible earned contributions as long as they meet eligibility criteria.
Eligibility

New Boost Mobile customers, or existing customers, who sign up for an eligible new line of service online at Boostmobile.com and remain active with Boost Mobile until the end of the calendar quarter will be eligible, provided that they also sign up for the Boost CARES program using the promotional URL and activated their service: Customers must share their full name, phone number, account number (if available), and current e-mail via boostmobile.com/cares.
- Current customers: Must order and activate a new line to qualify
The offer applies only to eligible plans, as specified at boostmobile.com/plans
- Infinite Access for iPhone or Galaxy plans are excluded from this promotional offer.
Customers must maintain an active account in good standing (e.g., not past due) at the time of calculation and issuance.
To qualify for a given quarter's contribution, the Eligible Line must be active within that calendar quarter. Lines cancelled will not be eligible for a pro-rated contribution for that period.
EchoStar employees are ineligible for this offer.
Residents of the following states are currently ineligible for this program: AL, CA, HI, IL, MA, MS, MO, NY, SC, and VA.

Rewards Calculation and Giftcard Distribution

The Contribution Amount is calculated as five percent (5%) of the monthly charge for the specific eligible plan associated with each line, expressly excluding all applicable taxes, surcharges, government fees, third-party charges, add-on services, equipment charges (including device financing), and one-time purchases (the “Contribution Amount”).
Each customer must have paid their bill in full within an eligibility period (a calendar year quarter). If you haven’t paid your bill in full yet, specifically for postpaid customers, then your eligible accruals will rollover to the following quarter.
- If you didn’t pay your bill and your account went into suspension and/or line(s) were deactivated, then you’re ineligible for any rewards from this offer.
Customers must accrue at least $5 across a calendar year quarter. Customers who don’t meet this minimum will receive an email with their current amount, which will be rolled over to the next quarterly calculation.
The Contribution Amount will be calculated at the conclusion of each calendar year quarter:
- Q1: January 1 – March 31; Calculation & Giftcard distribution: April
- Q2: April 1 – June 30; Calculation & Giftcard distribution: July
- Q3: July 1 – September 30; Calculation & Giftcard distribution: October
- Q4: October 1 – December 31; Calculation & Giftcard distribution: January of following year
Gift card distribution will be processed and delivered electronically to the primary email address on their Boost Mobile account within approximately thirty (30) days following the end of the applicable quarter.
- Boost Mobile does not select the cause for you.
If a participating customer leaves or disconnects any line at any time, then they will automatically surrender their earned Contribution Amount that has not already been distributed. Surrendered Contribution Amounts will be donated directly to Charity On Top Foundation’s General Donation Fund.

Gift Card Conditions

The Contribution Amount is delivered exclusively as a Charity On Top digital gift card via e-mail by Boost Mobile. No cash, account credit, or other equivalent will be provided.
Gift cards are non-transferable and may not be sold, bartered, or assigned to another person or entity.
Gift cards must be redeemed within 90-days of receipt.
Unused funds after 90 days from issuance will expire, become non-refundable, and will be donated to Charity On Top Foundation’s General Donation Fund to support their operations or further distribution to charities as decided by Charity on Top Foundation at its discretion.
Boost Mobile will cover all related gift card fees. No costs are passed to the customer or nonprofit.
Boost Mobile is not responsible for lost, stolen, or expired gift cards.

General Conditions Boost Mobile reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this promotional offer at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. Offer is not combinable with other monthly discount offers. This offer is void where prohibited by law. Customers that previously opted-in to this program can opt out of this program by sending an email to [email protected] or calling customer service.
