Backorders
What is a Backorder?
If you saw a future estimated ship date when you purchased your device, it means it's on backorder. Don't worry - we've already reserved it for you. As soon as your device arrives to our distribution facility, we'll ship it out to you right away!
You'll receive an email when your device ships with tracking details so you can track your package once it's on its way.
Can I change my Backorder to get a different color or model?
Once your order is submitted, the color and model cannot be changed.
Can I cancel my Backorder?
If your device is on backorder, you can cancel it before it ships by logging into the Boost Mobile app and tapping Settings → Device Setup → View Shipments → Manage Shipment → Cancel Shipment, or by calling Boost Customer Care at (833) 502-6678.
