Boost Mobile x Miami Hurricanes Football Program Offer (“We’re in. Are U?”): Terms & Conditions

1. The Offer

   LIMITED TIME OFFER. OFFER ENDS ON 6/30/2028. Customers with eligible service plans who opt in to this program will have Boost Mobile make a contribution on their behalf to the University of Miami Hurricanes football program (the “Contribution”), based on the customer’s line type, as follows:

   • Bring-Your-Own-Phone / Non-Subsidized Lines: A Contribution equal to ten percent (10%) of the base monthly wireless plan fee for each paid-in-full qualifying line of service (each, an “Eligible Line”), per line, per month.
   • Subsidized Device or Plan Offer Lines: A Contribution of $2.50 per Eligible Line, per month.
     Boost Mobile makes this Contribution on behalf of eligible, opted-in customers. Customers are not making a personal charitable donation. Participation does not increase what a customer pays.

2. Eligibility

   This offer is available to:

   • New Boost Mobile Customers or Existing Boost Mobile Customers (each defined below) who order an eligible new line of phone service at Boostmobile.com or a participating retail store.
   • “New Boost Mobile Customer”: A customer who has never had Boost Mobile service, or who is returning after a nine (9)-month gap in service, and who purchases a select wireless plan and activates such plan within thirty (30) days of purchase.
   • “Existing Boost Mobile Customer”: A current subscriber of Boost Mobile who adds a new line(s) on a select Boost Mobile wireless plan and activates such service within thirty (30) days of purchase. If an Existing Boost Mobile Customer's added line meets this offer's eligibility requirements, all other Eligible Lines already on that customer’s account will also earn a Contribution each month.
   • Opt-In: To participate in this offer, New and Existing Boost Mobile Customers must register at boostmobile.com/canes. Customers must provide their full name, phone number, account number (if available), and current e-mail address at boostmobile.com/canes within thirty (30) days of activating their service.
     The offer applies only to eligible phone plans. Prepaid multi-month plans are excluded from this promotional offer. Only wireless phone lines qualify — tablets and watches are excluded.

   Customers must maintain an active account in good standing (e.g., account bill not past due) throughout each quarter. The Eligible Line(s) must be active, and monthly bills must be paid in full, each month.

   EchoStar employees are ineligible for this offer.

   This offer is available only to residents of Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin, and Wyoming.

3. Contribution Calculation and Distribution

   The "Contribution Amount" is calculated as ten percent (10%) of the base monthly charge for the specific eligible plan associated with each line (or $2.50 per Eligible Line, per month, for Subsidized Device or Plan Offer lines, as described in Section 1). The Contribution Amount expressly excludes all applicable taxes, surcharges, government fees, third-party charges, add-on services, equipment charges (including device financing), and one-time purchases.

   Each customer must have paid their bill in full within a bi-annual eligibility period (August 2026 - November 2026; December 2026 - May 2027; June 2027 - November 2027; December 2027 - June 2028). For postpaid customers who have not yet paid their bill in full, eligible accruals will roll over to the following month.

   If, at any point, a customer does not pay their bill during any month and their account is suspended (but not disconnected):

   • The Contributions earned each month will be accounted for each month paid-in-full prior to this account status change.
   • If the account bill is reconciled (paid in full) within this thirty (30)-day period, the related Contributions will roll over into the next month.
     Following each reconciliation period, Boost Mobile will distribute the applicable Contributions directly to the University of Miami football program on a net-sixty (60) day payment basis. This distribution is made automatically by Boost Mobile at no extra cost to any customer.

4. General Conditions

   Boost Mobile reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this promotional offer at any time, for any reason, with or without prior notice. Offer is not combinable with other monthly discount offers. This offer is void where prohibited by law.
