How do I make my payments?

Your service plan and features are billed separately from your device financed through Affirm.

To make or schedule payments for your device, visit affirm.com or the Affirm app for iOS or Android. Affirm will send you email and text reminders before payments are due.

Does checking my eligibility for Affirm affect my credit?

No, it’s a “soft inquiry” and does not affect your credit score. However, if you finance your device purchase through Affirm, your future repayment activity may be reported to credit bureaus.

Can I pay off my device early?

Yes, there’s no penalty for paying off your device early.

Can I return a device I bought with Affirm?

Yes, devices financed through Affirm can be returned through the normal device return process for Boost Mobile.
