How do multi-month prepayment offers work?
It’s simple! You’ll unlock better deals on select new devices when you pay for multiple months of service upfront.
You will see your prepaid months of service show up as a credit on your monthly payment.
Note: Your monthly credit will cover the service plan and taxes for this line for the duration of your prepayment period.
What are the Estimated Future Taxes on my payment?
During checkout, your payment includes Estimated Future Taxes, which are an upfront payment for the estimated taxes and fees during the prepayment period.
On your upcoming monthly payments during the prepayment period, you may see:

Account credit if the actual taxes and fees decrease below the Estimated Future Taxes you paid at checkout

Statement charge if the actual taxes and fees increase above the Estimated Future Taxes paid at checkout
What happens to my payment once my prepayment period ends?
Your plan and payment will stay the same, but you will no longer receive your monthly credits from the prepayment period.
Are lines with multi-month offers eligible for Multiline Discounts?
Absolutely - additional lines on your account receive Multiline Discounts on eligible plans whether you prepay for months of service upfront or not.
Are add a lines eligible for multi-month offers?
Of course. Additional lines you add to your account are eligible to unlock deals on select devices by prepaying for months of service upfront.
Can I add additional lines during a multi-month period?
Of course. You can add additional lines during your prepayment period.
Can I purchase Add-Ons during my prepayment period?
You bet - You can customize your experience and purchase Add-Ons during your prepayment period. Your Add-On charges will appear on your normal monthly payment.
Note: Your prepayment does not cover your Add-Ons. If you don’t pay for your Add-Ons during your prepayment period, your account will be suspended even though your base service was paid upfront.
Can I change my plan if I do a prepayment option?
No. If you received a special device discount, you are required to stay on an eligible plan until you qualify for a device upgrade.
