Can I return a device that I purchased?

Of course. Keep your box and make sure your device is in like-new condition to be eligible for return.

Devices purchased online or over the phone can be returned for a full refund if return is initiated within 30 days of ship date. To initiate a return request, contact Boost Customer Care.

Devices purchased in a retail store can be returned in-store within 30 days of purchase.

What if I return a device that I financed directly through Boost?

If you initiate your device return within 30 days from the shipping date, we will refund you for the following:

Upfront costs: the amount you paid at checkout
Device Payments: device payments you’ve already made

Just make sure you start the return within the return window to avoid being charged the remaining balance of your financed device.

How long does it take to receive the refund?

For devices purchased over the phone or online at boostmobile.com:

If you requested a refund through a credit or debit card, it'll be processed within 7-14 business days.
If you requested a refund through a paper check, it'll be processed within 14-21 business days.

For devices purchased at a Boost Mobile store:

Your device return will be processed at the store.
If you financed your device directly with Boost, the taxes you paid at checkout will be refunded at the store, but any device payments you made on your bill will be refunded separately.

Note: Device returns may be subject to restocking fees.

What if I purchased my device through Apple or Amazon?

Customers who purchase a device at Amazon, an Apple Retail store or on Apple.com are subject to the return policies set by these retailers. Please review their specific guidelines for details.

Can I exchange my device for a different one?

Change your mind? No problem. Although Boost Mobile does not offer direct exchanges for device purchases made over the phone or on boostmobile.com, we make it easy to get what you need. Simply return your device for a refund in accordance with our Device Return Policy, then place a new order for your preferred device whenever you're ready.
